Mother in career coaching is our campaign related to the Mothers’ Career Coaching Experiment, in which a coach helps the mother in applying for a job or study place after parental leave. Our campaign gives mothers a chance to share their story.

The aim of the campaign is to help mothers to find the career coaching and to participate in it. The aim is also to show the benefits of this career coaching.

We publish mothers’ experiences on our website and on our LinkedIn page. We use the hashtags #ÄitiUravalmennuksessa #MotherInCareerCoaching in our publications. The organizers of the career coaching can also use these stories as their marketing material.

The aim of the Mother's Career Coaching Experiment is to find out, if mothers on prolonged parental leave can be encouraged to participate in training and employment through individual coaching.
