The Service Centre for Continuous Learning and Employment (SECLE) conducted a study to explore the perspectives of highly educated international professionals in Finland regarding continuous learning and recognition of competencies.

The aim of the study was to hear the views of highly educated international employees on continuous learning, training and utilisation of competencies, and to build a better understanding on the challenges in recognising competencies.

The summary of the results is now published and can be read in English.
